6 commitments we keep

1. We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
2. We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
3. Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
4. We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
5. Your information is never shared with another client.
6. The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

Access comes in 4 steps

You choose each one. You can stop at any of them.

Step 0: the first conversation

No access at all. We ask how your week runs, and you answer in your own words.

Step 1: a sample, if you want one

You might send a week of open orders or a handful of client emails. You pick what to send. We turn it into a sample result.

Step 2: read-only access, once you decide

We ask for only what the job needs. For a daily books check, that's your books and bank feeds. For a first-response desk, it's the shared inbox and client system.

Step 3: you can switch it off

Revoke access and everything stops that minute. It doesn't need us.

Read-only means look, not act

It has no power to send, reply, delete or move. Drafts are saved for a person.

Approval, defined

Nothing we build acts alone on a message, a bill or a record. It queues the work for 1 named person.

They review and decide. No decision means no action.

When the work ends

We keep only what the work needs. When the work ends, we delete it. Ask sooner, and we delete it sooner.

4 things we never do with it

• Sell it, rent it or trade it.
• Use it to train a model.
• Show it to another client.
• Keep a copy once the work is over.
